Terms of Service
Royale Digital Solutions LLC operates UniquePk. These terms cover unique-pk.com, the UniquePk client, and play.

Agreement to these terms
We are Royale Digital Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate UniquePk at unique-pk.com, including the UniquePk website, the UniquePk game client posted in Discord, and any other UniquePk products that link to these terms (the "Services").
By using UniquePk you agree to these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these terms by changing the last-updated date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised terms. Print a copy for your records.
The Services are for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not use or register for UniquePk.
1. Our services
UniquePk is an OSRS-style RSPS. Information on the Services is not intended for use where it would be illegal or would require us to register. You are responsible for local law.
The Services are not tailored to HIPAA, FISMA, or similar industry regimes. Do not use UniquePk in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
2. Intellectual property rights
We own or license the UniquePk name, crest, site, client, text, and other UniquePk marks and content. UniquePk is not affiliated with Jagex or RuneScape.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UniquePk for play. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit UniquePk content without written permission.
Feedback you send us about UniquePk becomes ours to use without compensation.
3. User representations
By using UniquePk you represent that you have legal capacity, you are not a minor where you live, you will not access UniquePk through automated or non-human means such as a script, you will not use UniquePk for any illegal purpose, and your use will not violate applicable law.
4. Accounts
You may need an in-game UniquePk account. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for use of your account. We may remove or change a username that is obscene or otherwise objectionable.
5. Products
If UniquePk sells game credits or virtual items, those products are subject to availability. We may discontinue a product and change prices.
6. Purchases and payment
If UniquePk sells game credits or virtual items, payment methods are shown at checkout. All such payments are in US dollars. Provide accurate purchase information. Sales tax may be added where required.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear to be placed for resale. Pricing mistakes may be corrected even after payment is requested.
7. Refunds
Refunds for UniquePk game credits and virtual items follow the Refund Policy. Where that policy and these terms differ, the Refund Policy controls refunds.
8. Software
The UniquePk client is posted in the official UniquePk Discord, linked from unique-pk.com. If a separate license accompanies the client, that license governs. Otherwise you get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the client only with UniquePk. Software is provided as is. Do not redistribute the client except as we allow.
9. Prohibited activities
Use UniquePk only for play and the purposes we provide. Do not use UniquePk for a competing commercial project.
- Harvest UniquePk data to build a database without written permission
- Trick players or staff, or try to learn account credentials
- Bypass security or access controls
- Harass, abuse, or harm anyone
- Submit false reports or abuse support
- Break the law
- Upload malware or flood UniquePk with junk
- Run unauthorized scripts, crawlers, or cheat tools against UniquePk
- Impersonate another player
- Sell or transfer your profile
- Advertise or sell goods through UniquePk without our approval
10. Player contributions
The UniquePk website does not host a public comment board. If UniquePk later lets you post text, images, or other material ("Contributions"), you are responsible for that material. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove Contributions and suspend access.
11. Contribution license
You keep ownership of your Contributions. You grant UniquePk a license to use them to operate the Services. We may use suggestions you send without paying you. We are not liable for what you post.
12. Reviews
unique-pk.com does not currently host player reviews. If UniquePk later adds reviews, they must be honest, legal, and about firsthand UniquePk play. We may remove a review for any reason.
13. Services management
We may monitor UniquePk for violations, refuse or remove content, restrict access, and otherwise run UniquePk to protect the service and other players.
14. Privacy policy
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. UniquePk is hosted in the United States. If you use UniquePk from elsewhere, you transfer information to the United States and consent to that processing.
15. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use UniquePk. We may deny access, including by blocking addresses, for any reason allowed by law, including a breach of these terms. If we suspend you, do not make a new account to dodge that ban. We may also pursue legal remedies.
16. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, suspend, or stop UniquePk without notice. UniquePk may go down for maintenance or faults. We are not liable for downtime. We are not obligated to keep UniquePk online or to ship updates.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
18. Dispute resolution
Any action relating to UniquePk must be brought in state or federal courts in the United States. You consent to that venue. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and UCITA do not apply. Bring a claim within one year after it arises.
19. Corrections
UniquePk pages may contain typos, pricing mistakes, or outdated details. We may correct them without notice.
20. Disclaimer
UniquePk is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Play and use of UniquePk is at your sole risk.
21. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, or data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. If those laws apply, some of this section may not apply to you.
22. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Royale Digital Solutions LLC and UniquePk staff against claims arising from your use of UniquePk, your breach of these terms, your infringement of someone else's rights, or harm you cause another player. We may take over that defense at your expense.
23. User data
We keep some data you send UniquePk in order to run the service. You are responsible for data you transmit. We are not liable for loss or corruption of that data.
24. Electronic communications
Using UniquePk, sending mail, or completing forms is an electronic communication. You agree that electronic notices satisfy a requirement that a notice be in writing, to the extent the law allows.
25. California users
If a UniquePk complaint is not resolved, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834, (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
26. Miscellaneous
These terms, plus UniquePk policies posted on the Services, are the whole agreement. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, the rest still applies. There is no partnership or employment relationship created by these terms. We may assign our rights. UniquePk is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
