Refund Policy

How UniquePk treats game credits and virtual items if you buy them from UniquePk.

Meanings

This policy is for UniquePk, operated by Royale Digital Solutions LLC, at unique-pk.com.

"Account" means the credentials used to reach UniquePk game credits, virtual items, or UniquePk communications.

"Virtual items" means in-game UniquePk items delivered through a UniquePk store.

"Unused virtual item" means a purchased item that has not been claimed or used.

"Game credits" means UniquePk store balance used to obtain virtual items.

Game credits

Game credits cannot be exchanged back into currency. Purchases of game credits are not refundable.

This policy covers faults that stop you from using game credits. It does not cover taste, file incompatibility, spelling, or small art issues that are not data corruption.

Faulty virtual items

If a virtual item is faulty when you receive it, tell UniquePk immediately, and in any event within 24 hours, if you want game credits equal to that item. Later reports are handled only if UniquePk chooses to do so.

Payment processors

Accidental charges caused by a fault at the payment processor must be disputed with that processor. UniquePk does not run card or bank networks and is not responsible for those processor faults.

Accounts

If UniquePk issues a refund for any reason, UniquePk may suspend or close the related account.
