How UniquePk handles information on unique-pk.com. No UniquePk account is created by visiting this website.

Summary
This notice is for UniquePk, operated by Royale Digital Solutions LLC, at unique-pk.com.
This website does not create a UniquePk game account. Visiting unique-pk.com does not require a login. If you join Discord, Discord's own privacy terms apply to that service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not process sensitive personal information as that term is used in US state privacy laws. We do not buy lists from data brokers.
1. What information we collect
From the website we may process: the pages you view; your IP address and user agent in server logs; and, on production unique-pk.com only, Google Analytics measurements such as page views, device and browser type, and approximate location.
If UniquePk later adds a store or an account form on this site, we may also collect the name, email, username, and billing details you type into those forms. Payment card data, if any, is handled by the processor shown at checkout, not stored in full on UniquePk.
We do not currently collect phone numbers on unique-pk.com.
2. How we process your information
We process information to run UniquePk, keep the site up, understand which pages get used, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not use UniquePk website data for third-party ads.
3. Legal bases
If you are in the EU, UK, or a similar regime, we rely on legitimate interests in operating UniquePk and keeping it secure, on contract if you buy UniquePk products, and on legal obligation where the law requires a record. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. When we share information
Google Analytics runs on production unique-pk.com as described above. Discord processes information if you open Join the Discord. Hosting, logging, and security vendors process information to keep UniquePk online.
We may share information in a merger, sale, or legal demand. We do not sell UniquePk visitor information.
5. Cookies
UniquePk uses a session cookie named upk_session so the site can keep a visitor session. On production unique-pk.com, Google Analytics may set its own cookies. This site does not show a separate cookie banner. Analytics is limited to the UniquePk production site.
6. How long we keep information
Server logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed to operate UniquePk and meet legal duties, then deleted or anonymized. Game accounts, if you create one, last for the life of that account unless we delete it sooner.
7. How we keep information safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Use UniquePk on a machine you trust.
8. Minors
UniquePk is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us through Join the Discord or by mail and we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Use Join the Discord on this site or write to Royale Digital Solutions LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
EU, UK, and Swiss residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.

The table below describes categories we may process from the UniquePk website. "Yes" means we may collect that category in operating unique-pk.com. We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context advertising in the past twelve months, and we do not plan to.

How to use those rights
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and similar state laws may give you rights to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale or targeted advertising. UniquePk does not sell personal information. To make a request, use Join the Discord or mail. We will verify you before completing a request that could expose someone else's data. You may appeal a denial by writing us again and stating that it is an appeal.
